Amanda Forde, MHA, currently serves as Vice President and Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services, a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm. In this role, Amanda leads a team that addresses client business issues using the proprietary USI ONE™ platform to deliver customized employee benefit solutions. Prior to joining USI in December 2023, Amanda worked at Willamette Dental Group as a Sales and Account Executive, where responsibilities included business development and promoting managed care insurance plans in Idaho and the Inland Northwest. Amanda's earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Datablaze LLC, where strategic growth in GPS tracking was directed and top sales were consistently achieved. Amanda holds a Master of Executive Health Administration from Weber State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Boise State University.
