Andrew Pibal is the Executive Vice President and Partner at USI Insurance Services, where they have served as Sr. Vice President since 2017. Previously, Andrew founded and managed Pibal Insurance Brokers of Oregon LLC and SmartHealth from 1999 to 2017, establishing a successful online insurance platform. Andrew also held the role of Chief Operating Officer at VelaPoint Insurance from 2013 to 2014, leading significant growth and strategy implementation during the launch of the Affordable Care Act. They are currently pursuing educational endeavors at the US Army and the University of San Diego.
