Ashley Ballesteros

Ashley Ballesteros, CISR, CIC, is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as the Commercial Lines Operations Leader at USI Insurance Services since May 2014. In this role, Ashley manages service teams across Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Previously, Ashley held the position of Risk Management Team Lead, overseeing a team of 11 in the Risk Management department, focusing on servicing large, complex, and loss-sensitive accounts. Prior to joining USI, Ashley worked as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at Webb and Greer Insurance Agency from October 2011 to May 2014. Ashley's educational background includes studies at Arizona State University.
