Bert Shanks

Bert Shanks is currently the Corporate Tax Director at USI Insurance Services, a role they began in 2023. Previously, they served as a Senior Tax Manager at USI Insurance Services LLC since 2005, managing federal and state compliance and overseeing the integration of tax systems. Bert's earlier experience includes positions such as Tax Manager at The Dannon Company and Tax Supervisor at Trigen Energy Corp., where they focused on tax compliance and strategy. Bert holds a degree in Taxation from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Morgan State University.
