Beth Johnson

Beth Johnson, CIC, CPRIA, CPRM, serves as the Personal Risk National Sales Training Manager at USI Insurance Services since December 2016, where accountability lies in the national training program for personal risk sales associates and acting as a coach and facilitator. Previously, as the Personal Risk Practice Leader, leadership was demonstrated over the personal lines production team in the Mountain Central Region, focusing on sales goals and strategies. Prior experience at Chubb from March 2004 to December 2016 includes roles such as Assistant Vice President, Personal Lines Manager, where long-term goals for Personal Risk Services were developed, and as Senior Personal Lines Marketing Specialist and Underwriter with responsibilities in business management and agent performance analysis. Early career experience includes the role of Underwriting Assistant at Media Professional Insurance. Beth Johnson holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Spanish from New Mexico State University.
