Billy Soule

Billy Soule is a Partner and Senior Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services, where they provide expertise in capital-efficient insurance and benefit planning. Since 2017, they have been utilizing USI ONE™, a proprietary platform, to deliver customized employee benefit solutions aimed at enhancing talent acquisition and retention while managing costs. Prior to their current role, they served as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Mutual of Omaha and had a brief career as a professional baseball player for the St. Paul Saints. Billy began their academic journey as a student athlete in baseball at the University of Minnesota, following their education at Wayzata High School.
