Chad Johnson

Chad Johnson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and business consulting, currently serving as the National Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner and Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at USI Insurance Services since May 2022. Prior to this role, Chad was a Regional Business Consultant at Pomerol Partners, focusing on data-driven growth solutions, and owned BullzEye Talent Management, a boutique search firm that supports small and mid-sized manufacturers in attracting top talent. Previously, Chad held leadership positions, including Managing Director at Blackstone Search Group, Team Manager at Miller Resource Group, and Senior Solutions Consultant at Impact Networking, where expertise in executive recruiting and operational improvements were developed. Chad holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and graduated from New Berlin Eisenhower High School.
