Chad McCulley

Chad McCulley has over 14 years of work experience in various roles in the insurance and sales industries. Their most recent position was as a Senior Vice President at USI Insurance Services since September 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Marsh for 4 years as an Assistant Vice President, where they facilitated dialogue with mid-sized companies to educate insurance decision-makers and improve risk management strategies. Chad also worked at Sentry Insurance for 6 years as a Business Products Specialist, where they built and maintained relationships with clients and achieved sales goals in various insurance lines. Before entering the insurance industry, Chad worked in sales and marketing in the homebuilding and mortgage industry.

Chad McCulley earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware, which they attended from 1998 to 2003. In addition, they obtained several certifications, including CAT Preparation Foundations from The Institutes in 2021, Professional Risk Consultant from The Institutes in 2020, Cyber Risk Management from The Institutes in 2018, Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from The Institutes in 2015, and a Dale Carnegie Cert from Dale Carnegie Training in 2004.
