Clay Collins, CIC, CRM, serves as the Property and Casualty Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services in Atlanta, Georgia, where they lead a team of over 200 professionals to drive organic growth and retention through innovative risk management solutions. Previously, Clay held various leadership roles at Brown & Brown Insurance from 1996 to 2021, including Managing Director and Senior Executive Vice President, where they successfully oversaw operations and improved profit margins. Clay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Stetson University between 1991 and 1995.
