Cliff Layfield

Cliff Layfield, CIC, ARM, currently serves as Partner and Senior Vice President of Personal Risk Services at USI Insurance Services, where the focus is on designing cost-effective property and casualty solutions for successful families' asset protection programs. Previously, Cliff held the role of Vice President and Private Client Insurance Advisor at IMA Select LLC, advising on workplace and wealth safeguards. Experience also includes a tenure as Vice President at Willis, specializing in high-net-worth personal insurance solutions, and leadership positions at Marsh and within various organizations, including the Financial Planning Association, where significant roles were fulfilled, such as Chairman and President. Early career highlights include strategic roles at companies like Humana Workers' Compensation Services and United Safety & Claims, ultimately cultivating expertise in risk management and personal insurance over several decades. Cliff Layfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Texas.
