Collette Grise is currently the Commercial Lines Regional Director of Operations at USI Insurance Services, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Collette spent over two decades at Shoff-Darby Co's, Inc. as Vice President and also served as Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer at Shoff Darby Companies. Earlier in their career, Collette was the Commercial Lines Manager at The Doyle Partnership from 1996 to 2002.
