Damian Simons is currently the Vice President and Employee Benefits Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services, where they are responsible for strategic planning and growth in Wisconsin's employee benefits practice. With a decade of experience, Damian has partnered with employers to develop total rewards strategies focusing on cost, quality, and employee wellbeing. Prior to USI, Damian served as Associate Director of Business Development at Willis Towers Watson Health and Benefits and as a Benefits Consultant at Cottingham & Butler. Damian earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
