Dan Bilek is an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services, where they have been advising on capital-efficient insurance and benefit planning since 2019. With a strong background in the group benefits and human resources industry, Dan has developed expertise in strategic employee benefits planning, compliance, and healthcare reform. Prior to USI, Dan served as a Benefits Consultant at CPI-HR for over ten years and held various roles in business development and sales management, including positions at Northwestern Mutual and Emerald Health Network. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Ohio University.
