Dave Meguschar

Dave Meguschar is the President of the Indiana Employee Benefits Practice at USI Insurance Services, where they lead a dedicated team in providing innovative, client-centric solutions for healthcare cost reduction. With a background that includes significant roles at American United Life, where they served as VP of Group Operations, and as VP of Business Strategy and Development at Advantage Health Solutions, Meguschar has extensive experience in the employee benefits landscape. They hold a BA in Social Sciences from DePauw University and are currently pursuing LLIF designations through both Wharton School of Business and Babson College.
