Earl Morris currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Leader at USI Insurance Services, a national leader in the insurance industry, since June 2025. Earlier career roles include Manager of HR & Talent Acquisition at KBR, Inc. and Aggreko, and Assistant Manager of Technical Recruiting at Signa Engineering Corp. Earl began the career as a Recruiter at Construct Corps and gained experience as an HRBP at BP, particularly during the Gulf of Mexico oil spill response. Earl holds a Business Management degree from Southern Methodist University (2001-2005) and graduated from Klein High School in 2001.
