Eileen M Webb

Eileen M Webb serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Emerson Rogers since the company’s formation in January 2023 through the merger of Emerson Reid and Rogers Benefit Group. Prior to this role, Eileen held the position of CHRO and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at USI Affinity since 2004, overseeing operations related to insurance, financial, and risk management services for various affiliated organizations. Eileen's experience in human resources dates back to 1998 with USI Colburn Insurance Service, which later became USI Affinity, where Eileen also served as Vice President of Human Resources. Eileen pursued education at La Salle University from 1975 to 1977.
