Eric Young

Eric Young serves as Partner and Practice Leader for both the DC Metro and Maryland Property & Casualty Practices at USI Insurance Services since December 2016, contributing to a top 10 national insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm. Eric has held various leadership positions, including Regional Vice President and Vice President, and is focused on delivering customized solutions to clients through USI ONE™. Previously, Eric was an Advisory Council Member for the Transformative Leadership Program at The George Washington University School of Business and led the Property & Casualty practice at Lindsey Business Group. Eric's earlier roles include Vice Chairman of the Prince William County Service Authority and Commercial Lines Manager at Brown's Insurance Agency. Eric holds a PhD in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, along with several other relevant degrees and certifications in risk management and business administration.
