Greg Leonard has extensive experience in business consulting and benefits advisory roles, currently serving as a Group Benefits Advisor at USI Insurance Services since March 2023. Prior to this position, Leonard worked at G&A Partners as a Full Solution Business Services Consultant and at Paycor as a Major Market HCM Consultant. Earlier career achievements include serving as a Human Resource Solutions Consultant and Senior HCM Consultant at Paychex, a Business Development & Loan Officer at First National Bank, and a Senior Business Solutions Consultant at Paychex, Inc. Leonard began his career as a Sales Consultant at Builders Appliance Center and as a Management Trainee/Sales at Cintas. Leonard earned an MBA with an International Business Track from the University of Colorado Denver and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and German from Bowling Green State University.
