Heather Oder, PMI-ACP®, is an Agile certified practitioner with extensive experience in business systems analysis and financial accounting. They have worked in diverse industries, including information technology, security, insurance, and manufacturing. Currently, Heather serves as a Partner, Project Manager, and Senior Systems Analyst at USI Insurance Services, where they collaborate with various departments to identify system requirements and provide solutions. Heather holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance and an MBA in Business from Western Connecticut State University.
