Jay Brown

Jay Brown is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in operational management, strategic planning, and finance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at USI Insurance Services since May 2013, Jay Brown focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, managing the deal lifecycle from analysis through implementation. Previous roles include Principal at The North Highland Company, Independent Management Consultant, and Chief Operating Officer at Echo. Additionally, Jay Brown has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Belmont University and has held various leadership positions including Regional Operating Officer at Willis and Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. Jay Brown holds a Master’s degree in Sport Administration from Belmont University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
