John Micale is the Regional Chief Executive Officer for USI Insurance Services in New England, leading operations across the employee benefits and property casualty sectors, with a focus on driving significant growth and developing high-performing sales teams. Since 2014, John has transformed the Mid-Atlantic region from $40 million to $150 million in revenue and has overseen the integration of new operations into USI. With extensive experience in both broker and payer settings, John previously held leadership roles at Chapman Schewe, UnitedHealthcare, and various other firms, where they developed innovative strategies and built successful sales organizations. John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia and continues to passionately support the success of their teams.
