John Miller

John Miller, GBA, currently serves as a Senior Account Representative in Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services, where responsibilities encompass day-to-day account management, client service fulfillment, and preparation of communication materials. Previously, John held positions at The Gazelle Group, where contract negotiations and market trend analysis were key tasks. John also gained significant experience in team operations at the University of Dayton as Head Student Manager for Men's Basketball and has held various roles in sports management, including a tournament operations internship with the Golf Association of Philadelphia and assistant clubhouse management for the Lancaster Barnstormers. John holds a Bachelor of Education in Sport Management from the University of Dayton.
