John Scales

John Scales is the National Practice Leader of the International Specialty Group at USI Insurance Services, where they manage relationships and services provided to customers through USI broker partners globally. Having transitioned through various significant roles, including Senior Vice President and International Practice Leader at Marsh USA, John has extensive expertise in international insurance, particularly with US government contractors and foreign governmental entities. With a robust background in underwriting and risk management, they have held leadership positions at notable organizations such as AIU North America and AIG, fostering advanced solutions in the ever-evolving insurance landscape. John is currently pursuing education at Mississippi State University - College of Business and Industry.
