Jon May is the Employee Benefits Practice Leader for Minnesota at USI Insurance Services, where they focus on growth, strategic planning, and enhancing client and employee experiences. They previously served as an Employee Benefits Consultant at both Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting and USI Insurance Services, contributing from 2012 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Jon worked as an Insurance Agent at Lake Region Insurance Agency and as an Insurance Account Representative at State Farm. Additionally, they were an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2008 to 2010, and they hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
