Joni Mason

Joni Mason is a results-driven attorney and the Senior Vice President and National Practice Leader for Executive and Professional Liability Solutions at USI Insurance Services, a position held since 2015. With extensive experience in management, litigation, claims, underwriting, and risk management, Joni has specialized knowledge in complex specialty lines of insurance, including Directors and Officers and Employment Practices Liability. Previously, Joni served as an attorney at Rivkin Radler LLP and held various leadership roles at AIG, contributing to product development and training initiatives. Joni is also a trained mediator and frequent speaker at industry events, sharing insights on topics such as management liability and emerging trends in litigation. Currently, Joni is pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at the University of Richmond School of Law.
