Kate Copp

Kate Copp, RN, is a seasoned professional in the employee benefits sector, currently serving as the Regional Employee Benefits Operations Leader at USI Insurance Services since August 2016, where responsibilities include retaining $56 million in revenue and leading a team of 160 employees by enhancing operational excellence and client service. Previous roles at USI include Employee Benefits Operations Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager, focusing on client management, compliance education, and strategic problem-solving. Earlier experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at Preventure, Inc., and holding various roles in benefits consulting and print sales.
