Kathy Dalton

Kathy Dalton, SPHR, serves as the Regional Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President for the MidSouth Region at USI Insurance Services, a position held since November 2017. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as an HR Business Partner and Vice President at Wells Fargo Insurance Services from 2009 until its acquisition by USI in 2017. Kathy's career in human resources began at Cameron Harris, where responsibilities included HR Manager from 1998 to 2003, followed by HR Business Partner roles at Wachovia Insurance Services and Wells Fargo Insurance Services from 2003 to 2009. Kathy Dalton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
