Katone Roberts

Katone Roberts is a seasoned professional in the field of diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the National Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at USI Insurance Services since July 2017. Responsibilities include supporting the senior executive team and leading the National Inclusion Leadership Council, as well as developing and operationalizing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. Previously, Katone held the position of Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcing Coordinator, where over 170 national recruitment pipelines were created and various innovative HR initiatives were implemented. Earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant to the Midwest CEO at USI, and various roles at the University of Cincinnati, such as Student Orientation Coordinator and Student Orientation Leader, which fostered strong public speaking and organizational skills. Katone holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy of Law & Ethics from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Certificate in Cognitive Science from Eötvös Loránd University.
