Ken Strong is a Commercial Lines Claims Director at USI Insurance Services and serves as an Assistant Vice President Sr. Risk Consultant with Willis' New York Construction Practice. With over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry, they have acted as a claims advocate between owners, project managers, contractors, and insurance carriers. Their responsibilities include overseeing the claims management process for Contractor Programs and OCIP, as well as assisting construction clients with various audit and claims procedures. Prior to joining Willis in 2003, Ken held the position of Claims Supervisor with York Claims Services.
