Kim van Orman

Kim Van Orman serves as the SVP HR and Chief Human Resources Officer at USI Insurance Services, where leadership has contributed to the company's growth into a leading national middle market broker with nearly $2.5 billion in revenue since joining in 2004. Previous roles include VP Compensation and Benefits, overseeing strategic design and execution of compensation and benefit programs, and Director of Human Resources at Reader's Digest, where comprehensive talent management strategies were implemented. Early experience at Philip Morris International involved management and organizational development. Kim Van Orman holds an MBA in Management - Human Resources from Pace University and a BA in English Literature and Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
