Lance Spence

Lance Spence is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in leadership and sales roles across various companies. Currently serving as Partner and President at USI Insurance Services since November 2014, Lance previously held the position of Commercial Sales Executive at Willis of Greater Kansas, Inc. from December 2013 to November 2014. Prior experience includes serving as President at CIG Insurance, Inc. from August 2006 to September 2013, and working as a Producer/Commercial Agent at IMA of Kansas from 2002 to 2006. Earlier in his career, Lance was the Marketing Manager at Howard & Helmer Architects & Engineers from 1997 to 2002 and served as an Advertising Executive at the Wichita Business Journal from 1994 to 1997. Lance earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Marketing from The University of Kansas between 1990 and 1994.
