Leniza Dever

Leniza (Lenny) Dever is currently an AVP in the Healthcare Practice at USI Insurance Services, where they analyze client business challenges using the proprietary USI ONE™ platform. Lenny has previously held roles as a Major Market Sales Executive at Paycor and as a Business Development Representative at UKG, where they developed relationships with business leaders and significantly contributed to lead generation. Lenny also served as a Customer Experience Intern at S&P Global Market Intelligence and was a Centric District Manager at ADP. Lenny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Stetson University, where they also studied abroad in Marketing.
