Lorena Ortiz

Lorena Ortiz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and human resources. As a Senior Account Executive at USI Insurance Services since December 2017, Lorena has developed expertise in client relations and insurance services. Previously, Lorena held the position of Account Executive at Wells Fargo Insurance Services from February 2010 to November 2017. Prior to this, Lorena served as Human Resources Director at The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa and worked in human resources at The Driskill Hotel. Beginning a career in journalism, Lorena was a Copy Editor and Senior Writer at The Houston Chronicle from February 2002 to May 2005. Lorena earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin between 1997 and 2001.
