Margaret Bertone

Margaret Bertone is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Claims Consultant at USI Insurance Services since 2025. Previously, they held positions at Aon Risk Solutions as a Senior Casualty Consultant and at Philadelphia Insurance Companies and National Interstate Insurance Company as a Senior Claims Examiner. Margaret began their career as a Commercial Claims Representative at Progressive Commercial Division from 2005 to 2007. They hold a Master of Science in Environmental, Safety & Health Management from the University of Findlay and are pursuing another Bachelor of Arts degree at Miami University, in addition to having obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History and Speech Communications from the same institution.
