Matt Nelson

Matt Nelson is currently the EVP and Practice Leader of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services, where they lead a team to deliver customized employee benefit solutions. Previously, they served in various roles, including Vice President at Lovitt & Touché and Benefits Practice Leader at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, with a focus on managing mid- to large-market employee benefits relationships. Matt has a diverse background, having held positions ranging from Marketing Account Executive to AH-64 Apache Helicopter Crew Chief in the Arizona Army National Guard. They hold an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
