Matt Peebles

Matt Peebles is a dynamic Sales and Development Leader with over a decade of experience specializing in employee benefits, sales strategy, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Employee Benefits Select Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services, they have successfully launched and grown a new Employee Benefits practice in the Southeast, exceeding profitability targets ahead of schedule. Previously, Peebles held various roles, including Vice President of Sales at Enrollment Specialists, where they were recognized in the top 1% of national health insurance sales producers. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Luther College. Outside of work, they actively engage in community initiatives as a youth baseball coach.
