Mel M. currently serves as the Southwest | EB Select Operations Manager at USI Insurance Services since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mel M. worked at OneDigital as a Client Advocate from August 2014 to September 2022. Mel M. has an Executive Learning Certificate from Harvard Medical School, focusing on Building a Life of Wellness: The Science of Fostering Happiness and Health Span. Currently pursuing a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation through Wharton Executive Education, Mel M. has also completed training as an ICF Certified Life Coach at the Life Coach Institute of Orange County since 2017.
