Michael Dyck, also known as "Coach Mike," is currently a Regional Sales Leader at USI Insurance Services, where they oversee operations in Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Nevada. Since joining USI in 2020, they have led various initiatives, including CRM strategies and regional marketing plan execution. Michael's extensive background in insurance includes roles as a Regional Sales Director at Transamerica, Vice President at OneDigital Health and Benefits, and numerous leadership positions in consulting and sales. They hold experience in coaching and training, evident from their time as a Professional Sales and Leadership Coach and their involvement in the USI One Academy. Michael studied at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology between 1987 and 1988.
