Michael Gates, CLCS, MRIS, is currently the Middle Market Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services and has a strong background in risk consulting for small and medium-sized businesses. Previously, they served as Vice President and Director of the Small Business Unit at Crest Insurance Group, where they built relationships with top commercial insurance carriers. Michael's extensive experience includes roles at CBS Corporation and iHeartMedia, where they successfully developed and maintained customer relationships and achieved sales goals. They also held the position of Agency Principal at Gates Insurance, Inc. and have education credentials from Northern Arizona University and Mesa Community College, earning multiple degrees in business administration and general studies.
