Michael Griggs

Michael Griggs currently serves as Senior Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services since September 2023. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles, including Senior Account Executive at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where responsibilities included managing a $5MM client portfolio and producing significant new business. As Corporate Turnaround Risk Management Consultant and Senior Vice President at USI Insurance Services, Michael provided strategic oversight from May 2021 to September 2023. In earlier positions, Michael was Resident Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Aon, overseeing multiple offices and achieving notable growth and client satisfaction. Additionally, Michael led operations at Willis Towers Watson in Tennessee and contributed to sales efforts at Marsh in Upstate New York. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and a BBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Oswego.
