Mike Vassel

Mike Vassel is a seasoned employee benefits consultant with over 15 years of experience in the insurance and benefits industry. Currently serving as the VP of Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services since February 2017, Mike specializes in creating customized benefits packages to aid organizations in attracting and retaining talent. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at Assurity Life, where Mike provided expertise in Worksite Voluntary Benefit Solutions, and Total Rewards Consultant at Arthur J. Gallagher and Co., focusing on developing comprehensive employee benefits packages. Mike began his career as a Marketing Coordinator at Broker Benefit Services and has experience in operations support from Anheuser-Busch. Educationally, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing and Entertainment Management from Fontbonne University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from St. Louis Community College.
