Payal Master

Payal Master, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Regional Career Development Liaison at USI Insurance Services since January 2023. Previously held positions include Colleague Experience Specialist and Onboarding Specialist at Baldwin Risk Partners from February 2021 to January 2023, as well as Organizational Development Intern at Axogen, where responsibilities included supporting the development of a comprehensive onboarding program. Payal also held leadership roles in Delta Sigma Pi, serving as Vice President of Pledge Education and Fundraising Chair, where key contributions included oversight of pledge preparation and fundraising initiatives. Payal holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the University of South Florida and an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
