Phil Bennett

Phil Bennett serves as a Partner and Vice President of Employee Benefits Advisory at USI Insurance Services, where they focus on creating improved health insurance programs for mid-market employers. Previously, Phil co-founded and led various startups, including a logistics company specializing in global trade, and an e-commerce business that achieved over $2 million in annual revenue. They spent seven years at Paychex, driving sales and solutions in Human Capital Management. Phil's entrepreneurial spirit is complemented by their experience as an angel investor with Pasadena Angels, supporting startup technology companies.
