Rita Bechara

Rita Bechara is an experienced Account Executive specializing in Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services since April 2021, where recruitment to a fast-growing team has enabled a focus on relationship-building to enhance client service. Prior to this role, Rita worked at Aetna from July 2006 to April 2021, starting as an Account Service Associate and advancing to Account Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing benefits administration and negotiating contracts for health and welfare insurance plans. Rita began a career in education as a Preschool Teacher at Montessori Children's Academy from September 2004 to June 2006, developing interactive learning programs for young children. Rita holds a Master of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies, both from Saint Elizabeth University.
