Ryan Lebeau

Ryan LeBeau, CEBS, serves as Vice President and Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services, a position held since January 2011, where consultative advice is provided to employers concerning the design, funding, and administration of employee benefit plans. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Employee Benefits Practice Group Leader at Associated Benefits & Risk Consulting from February 2015 until the firm's merger with USI in July 2020, where leadership and coaching were provided to a team of Benefit Consultants while managing existing client relationships. Ryan's earlier experience includes serving as an Employee Benefit Sales and Marketing Representative at Mutual of Omaha from July 2005 to December 2010, collaborating with insurance brokers in the Upper Midwest to create effective employee benefit plans. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Health from Luther College, earned between 2001 and 2005.
