Sandra Johnson

Sandra Johnson has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Sandra worked as a Preferred Risk Client Services Sr Account Manager/Team Lead at USI Insurance Services from September 2019 to the present. In this role, they provided professional service to clients and resolved complex service issues. Prior to that, they worked as a Patient Account Representative II at Memorial Hermann Health System from April 2018 to September 2019, where they provided exemplary customer service and handled registration, scheduling, and payment processing. From December 2017 to April 2018, Sandra was a Medicare Health Claims Examiner at New Era Life Insurance Company. Sandra also worked as an Account Manager at State Farm from June 2017 to December 2017, where they focused on customer service, insurance education, and policy processing. Before that, they held the role of Senior Sales & Service Advocate at Nationwide from April 2010 to December 2016. In this position, they were responsible for sales, servicing, and addressing customer inquiries.

Sandra Johnson attended LA GRANGE HIGH SCHOOL from 1981 to 1985, completing their high school education. Sandra later enrolled in the University of Houston-Downtown in 1985 but did not obtain a degree. In 2010, Sandra obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) from the Texas Department of Insurance.
