Sara Lustek, CEBS, PHR, has extensive experience in employee benefits and insurance services. Currently serving as an Employee Benefits Account Executive at USI Insurance Services since January 2025, Sara previously held the position of Director of Health and Benefits at WTW from May 2022 to July 2023. At Froedtert Health, Sara served as Director of Benefit Services before transitioning to Senior Benefits Specialist and Manager of Benefits. Earlier experience includes a role as Benefit Analyst at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Extendicare, and currently as Employee Benefits Client Executive at Hausmann Group. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from UW-Whitewater.
