Sol Perez

Sol Perez, CPBS®️, is the Senior Vice President Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Southwest, where they have worked since 2006. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Sol has honed skills in health insurance, employee benefits design, sales, strategic planning, and term life insurance. Prior to their current role, they held positions at The Standard and MetLife, contributing to their expertise in employee benefits sales. Sol earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston between 1993 and 1995.
