Stephen Roman is an experienced insurance consultant and broker who specializes in consultative planning to help clients achieve their business objectives while minimizing financial exposures. Currently serving as Vice President at USI Insurance Services since 2000, they have maintained high client retention rates through a strong focus on customer satisfaction. With over 18 years of domestic and international insurance experience and a background as an Account Executive at Liberty Mutual, Stephen has been recognized as a multi-year 'Pinnacle' recipient at a top ten national brokerage firm. They hold a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut and are actively involved in several non-profit organizations.
