Steve Orme

Steve Orme is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as a Risk Advisor and Practice Leader at USI Insurance Services since July 2020. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Vice President and Risk Management Practice Group Leader at Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting from February 2015 to February 2023 and also served as VP-Risk Management Practice Group Leader at Ahmann-Martin until February 2023. Steve has significant expertise in risk management consulting, alternative risk financing, and commercial insurance, having previously worked as a Partner at Arges Group, Inc. from 2005 to April 2013. Steve is also a Risk Control Advisor, assisting business owners in identifying and managing both insurable and uninsurable risks to enhance profitability. Steve holds a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
